You must not use a DarkMatter service to:

Facilitate wrongdoing, circumvent applicable statutes, or evade legal regulations.

Unauthorized data processing
Access, collect, disclose, or process another person's information without explicit authorization.

Malware & system disruption
Upload malware, ransomware, spyware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt, degrade, or hijack a system.

Unauthorized security probing
Probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls except under an express written test authorization.

Phishing, spam & deception
Send deceptive communications, phishing emails, fraudulent requests, or impersonate people or entities.

Intellectual property infringement
Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

Harassment & exploitation
Harass, threaten, exploit, defame, or unlawfully target individuals, communities, or groups.

Unlawful or unsafe decisioning
Use a service or AI pipeline to make automated decisions about individuals in a way that is unlawful, biased, or unsafe.

Credential & production secret exposure
Submit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or production secrets to a general contact form or public support channel.

Harmful content distribution
Use a service to create or distribute content that is unlawful or creates an unreasonable risk of physical, financial, or reputational harm.

Inter-tenant interference
Interfere with another customer's systems, data, cloud environment, account, or regular use of the service.
Investigation & Enforcement Actions
DarkMatter may investigate suspected violations, restrict access, preserve relevant audit logs and evidence, notify affected parties or law enforcement authorities where appropriate, and take other legal action permitted by the applicable agreement and governing law.
