DarkMatter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a preferred future legal name and is not represented as registered until government registration is complete. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. What the website provides

DarkMatter is a technology company focused on building custom digital solutions, developing software products, providing technical support, and enabling collaboration. The website may describe our Build, Products, Support, and Collaboration activities; receive inquiries; present careers and job applications; publish newsroom and blog content; and provide links to future products.

Product pages may describe Finvo, Finvo Web, Finvo Mobile, Finvo Desk, or future products as In Development, Coming Soon, or Concept/Planned. Such descriptions are not a promise that a product will launch, remain available, or contain a particular feature.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

The general website is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian where appropriate and comply with any consent requirement that applies in your country. The website currently has no public user account or client-login portal.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • interfere with or impair the website, servers, or security controls;
  • attempt unauthorized access, probe or scan systems, or bypass access controls;
  • introduce malware or submit harmful code;
  • use automated means to scrape, overload, or copy the website except as permitted by applicable law or written permission;
  • impersonate a person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • submit information that you do not have the right to submit;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • use the website to send spam, phishing messages, unlawful content, or malicious requests; or
  • use website content to make a false claim about DarkMatter, its products, its users, its partners, its results, or its certifications.

3. Forms and communications

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or obligation to accept a project. We may review, route, respond to, or decline an inquiry at our discretion.

Information Security Notice: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card data, production secrets, or confidential third-party data through a general form. Project-specific confidentiality and data-processing obligations apply only when agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its contents, including text, logos, names, graphics, interfaces, code, designs, video, and other materials, are owned by DarkMatter or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to access the website for its intended purpose, no licence is granted by these Terms.

You may link to a public page in a fair and non-misleading way. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

5. Your submissions and feedback

You retain ownership of materials you submit, subject to the rights needed for DarkMatter to receive, review, respond to, and perform the requested service. You grant DarkMatter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials for those purposes and to make technical copies needed to operate the service.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant DarkMatter the right to use them without restriction or payment, provided DarkMatter does not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.

6. Newsroom, blog, and informational content

Newsroom and blog content is provided for general information and may become outdated. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Product descriptions, timelines, examples, and future-looking statements are subject to change and should not be treated as guarantees.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may depend on or link to third-party services. DarkMatter does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access if reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our systems; to investigate abuse; to comply with law; or because the website or a feature is being discontinued. Sections concerning intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitations, disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarkMatter and its directors, officers, team members, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the website.

For claims that cannot otherwise be excluded, DarkMatter’s aggregate liability relating to the website will not exceed INR 10,000, except to the extent a different limit is required by applicable law. This website limitation does not replace any different limitation agreed in a signed service order or product agreement.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and hold harmless DarkMatter and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of materials that infringe another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by DarkMatter’s own unlawful conduct or cannot lawfully be allocated to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
